I've listed Oliver Platt as the face here because they have pics together from Chicago Med but he can be changed on request.
A lot is open for this guy but if he is a werecreature of some kind like Julian then I would love for him to be a part of Brady's pack like Julian.
He and Julian met while they were going through med school at Whitmore together and they did all of their training at the hospital in Mystic Falls. To begin with they couldn't stand each other and they didn't get along one bit. They were rivals but they kept pushing each other to be better and over time they realised that they actually weren't so different and that they could be friends. They could have bonded over something like Julian teaching him about being a werecreature and introducing him to the rest of the pack if he was bitten. Julian was born a weretiger and it was always a case of when he would start turning rather than if and he did during his teenage years like the rest of his siblings.
Now these two still work together and along with Brady and Emily, this guy is Julian's best friend. He is the one who knows what it is like to work at the hospital and he and Julian are able to talk things through over a drink after a tough day.
