Noah considers his wife as part of a Triumvirate with him and his sister.
The of them met on one of Noah's first trips outside of Boston as a druid and adviser. His wife was homeless at the time, trying to find somewhere safe to sleep in the warehouse. Instead she found herself trapped between two packs of werewolves warring over territory. Suspected by both sides the wife ends up bitten and torn up by one of the Alphas. Trapped there with her Noah and those with him, including his sister, wait to see whether or not the bite will take but the next morning, when they finally get free nothing much has changed. They get her to the hospital and she's operated on saved. The full moon rolls around but nothing happens, something unheard of in their world. During the time he remained at her side Noah fell in love with her and takes it hard when weeks later his future wife disappears out of the motel they're staying in.
Almost a year later she turns up on the doorstep of their family home in Boston, screaming. The reason she hadn't turned into a werewolf was because she was a banshee. She stays with Noah and his family afterwards, learning what she is and eventually falling in love with Noah too. The two of them marry young, barely into their twenties and their marriage has remained tight since. Now she is on the road with Noah and his sister, travelling around the country, using each of the abilities to try and get troubles in the supernatural world settled.
The early part of her life is completely up to the player, it is just the parts covered in Noah's app that I would like to remain as canon for them.

On the night his wife arrives to find the Jacobsens again, his sister was out getting a drink at a bar and found herself in trouble. She was found by Noah and his sister in an alleyway, almost dead. They managed to save her but it is up to the player whether or not that fight turned his sister into something else - i.e. a werecreature of some sort.
His sister is highly trained in hand to hand fighting of all sorts and with weapons. She has always been the muscle to protect her brother and has always been supportive of the ways that Noah has led them.
