friends. Seeing the bonds that his family had built with the supernatural world in Boston Noah has always believed in the power of friendship. It doesn't take much to get him to trust people, to try and draw them into his life but break that trust and you'll find it's hard to rebuild it. Noah's a fiercely loyal friend and willing to do whatever it takes to protect people around him.
enemies. For a druid Noah has surprisingly few. Tense situations have always been met with hard work in the past, tensions dealt with before he steps away. Undoubtedly there are some who have disagreed with the work he's done in the past but Noah has always looked to make sure that the matter is settled to everybody's liking before he steps away.
family. Family are everything for Noah. He's always been close to his parents and has shown respect to and interest in the generations of Jacobsens that came before him. Time in Boston might be in short supply these days but wherever he goes his sister is with him. From the moment she was born the two of them have had an unshakable bond.
lovers. Other than the brief high school relationships most go through there really has only ever been one woman for Noah and that's his wife. In love with her at 19 he's spent the better part of a decade dedicated to her.

You know me so well.  I'm starting up a thread for Noah and Nate this afternoon. Noah's going to the school with his hat in his hand to try and get some work there. I can imagine that Nate probably has photos of his family in his office at school. Perhaps Noah takes note of that and if he and Helena then run into each other somewhere he could twig to who she is (and maybe with her telepathy she gets a whiff of how frustrated Nate left him ). He'd certainly be interested in her work as a police interrogator as it parallels his own work as an emissary somewhat.

Bah! I would never grow tired of seeing your name everywhere. I'm so glad you're back! Yus! Noah grew up in Boston! He was there pretty much full time until he was about 22 (so about six years ago). At that point he started to travel a little more but was still home about half the time until about 3 years ago. During that time he would've been picking up work at places like her parents were working. He's absolutely the friendly sort so I can see him have been friendly with them. If her parents were super curious I imagine his family history (even without the supernatural side of things) might have hooked them in. It really would be fun having him be Uncle Noah to someone. He's a very old soul so that would totally work. |

Awesome! I'd love for these two to meet. Noah grew up in a family of druids who are emissaries to a wolf pack in Boston, and unusually are in accord with the local vampire nest too. Noah's in town with his wife, a banshee, and his sister, a hunter, looking for the truth behind the mass deaths of werewolves in New Orleans. We could always have the two of them meet over the body of a wolf that's died mysteriously. It would sort of reveal to each other what they are and what Noah's looking at.
