I'm not so sure if Damon would be able to compel Ariel with the demon blood active in her system at the moment but it would be interesting if he feeds and then tries to do that. He's more likely to try and do that than play the hero to be honest. |

Oh the snark, how I've missed it. I can totally picture these two having fun. Damon's been a bit of a choir boy for a while so it'll be good to see that side of him emerging again.
Perhaps we could have them acquainted with each other - perhaps a run in at the Grill or something before - and then the two of them come across each other in the woods while Damon's poking around something out there. He has a habit of running into people in the woods now.

Damon's a little hurt over that.  Since he rolled back into town, having heard of the ritual, he's been trying to make amends ... no honest, he has. He was the one to find Matt out in the woods when he was missing ... and might also have been the one to tell Matt the truth about everything that happened with his sister. I can see Care still not being his biggest fan but he'd probably reach out a least a little if the two of them ran into one another. She has to forgive him some time. Even if it takes a little compulsion to get her there |

I can see Damon doing something stupid the minute he sees Niklaus back in town. He'll get all snarly and mouth, even though he knows he's desperately out powered. Maybe the two of them run into each other at the Grill where things can't kick off without drawing a hell of a lot of attention. @rebekah
I don't think they met until Rebekah was a student at the High School. Far as I know Damon wasn't anywhere near Chicago when Stefan was. I'm happy to have had them run into each other at some point though. The bickering would be tons of fun. Are you going to have Rebekah at the High School? I can see Damon heading over there to make sure that Elena's OK when he hears that Klaus is back in town and maybe he runs into Rebekah instead.

Damon trusts very few people at the moment. Getting bitten by Klaus soured him about all of that. I think if he found out there was a guy with weird powers around his first reaction would be threaten now and consider apologising later. I think the two of them clashing would be fun. Could always have something go a little weird at the Grill or Damon stops by the school pretending he's there for a parent-teacher conference, you know, just to see how his little brother's getting on. |

 I don't think we ever did. It would be good to get to that place of friendship though. He's trying to be a semi-decent version of himself these days and a little forgiveness from Caroline would probably help. Oh, the two of them stuck together would be good. Damon wouldn't know whether to wind her up or try and offer an olive branch. Maybe they could be doing something towards figuring out how to deal with the Niklaus being back situation. |

I have to admit, I loved Bamon as friends.  It would be great to get them moving towards that. Damon deserves a little forgiveness occasionally. Since Damon's trying to mend some bridges now that he's on his feet again after what Niklaus did to him after the ritual, maybe he comes to Bonnie to try and pull off the repentant vampire 12 step program I don't imagine she'd be too please with that at first. |
