This is Jen, Ben’s half sister. She is a canon from Legacies but I had to change things around a bit to fit our plots on here so here is what you need to know.
Jen is a nephilim and she was born the daughter of the angel Raziel and an unknown human over five thousand years ago. Jen isn’t the name that she was born with, she would have changed her name to this over the years to fit in with the modern world. She is Ben's younger half sister and was born at least a few years after he was. She would have aged normally to start with and stopped ageing in her mid twenties.
Where she was born, who her mother is and how things were for her growing up is all completely open. Her mother didn’t die during childbirth, that was a myth that Raziel started decades after her birth. Her father wasn’t around during her childhood, she may have been raised by another man or she may have been told stories about her absentee father like Ben was but she wouldn’t have known the truth about Raziel or what he is.
After Ben went to Heaven to beg Raziel to save his lover Ashur from dying, the lack of answer from Raziel resulted in Ben stealing magic from Heaven and giving it to the humans so that they could stop preying to angels and take matters into their own hands. After that Ben was cursed and Raziel started spreading word that nephilim were abominations and would bring about the end of the world. His lies made it illegal for any more nephilim to be created and those who existed had to hide. How Jen found out about what she is can be decided by whoever makes her, as can whether or not she ever met her father. She could have even been cursed by him as well in a way different to the way in which Ben was cursed if you like.
Ben doesn’t know that he has a half sister yet and whether or not Jen knows about Ben and what he has been through is completely open. There is a chance that their paths could have crossed in the past and they could have even become friends to an extent but I’ll leave that open. Now I would like for them to meet and become close. Raziel plans to eradicate every supernatural in the world starting with Ben, his fiancé and his friends in Mystic Falls. Ben is going to be fighting his father alongside them all in the future and it would be great to have Jen join the fight as well. I imagine she has been living in secret like Ben has for a long time, perhaps some angels learned what she was in the past and tried to kill her for it but that’s open, and now wants to start living her life properly and finally be free of her father’s lies. Hannah and Castiel both know about Raziel's plan and have been spreading the word that nephilim are no longer seen as abominations but whether or not Jen knows that yet is open.
In the show Jen was a bit of a loner with trust issues but she had a good heart and was gifted with mechanics.

Her surname is also completely open - Ben adopted the surname Lowell from a friend of his who died so Jen's can be anything.
