Joe Green supernatural beings can't be. Joe wouldn't believe in that nonsense. The only things he believe in are angels, demons and ghosts. These things he can understand as good, evil and in between was something he knew must exist. When he was young he was told that there was angels watching him and protect him from the bad things. Joe don't believe in that much now, but the people he had in his ambulance busting out vampires and werewolves was just silly and made up. He knew these creatures didn't exist, and was just urban legends for movies.
The cemetery was a strange place to visit at night. The numous fog started to form, which gave the town its name. He never liked it as it felt eriee and that he was going to be attacked by something or put it better someone. He had flowers at hand, as he was seeing a young teenager that he transported and fought to keep alive, but was crush when he died in hospital few hours later. Joe never found out thd truth. The sheriff stated it was an animal attack but something told him it was something more sinister that cause the wounds.
He placed the flowers down on the grave and kneel down I am sorry I couldn't save you. I should have did more until the doctors were able treat you. I failed you, I am really sorry. The angels are protecting you now. I just hope you didn't die in pain he spoke in sadness and felt he failed the kid. His job was tough at times, and sadly not everyone can be saved. It was part of his job he truly hated the most.

It had been a while since Evan had last been to visit his parents’ graves and he couldn’t deny that he felt bad about that. They hadn’t lived in Mystic Falls but he and Milena had decided to go to Whitmore and after his parents had died he had wanted to make sure that they were close to him. To begin with it had felt surreal learning that his sister was alive after all and Evan hated that she’d had to go through everything that she had done but he was doing his best to be there for her as much as he could. Even though she had survived his parents hadn’t and Evan had been doing his best to visit them regularly but med school had ended up taking precedence and he knew that they would have understood. Working at the hospital kept him busy a lot of the time these days but he knew that that wasn’t a bad thing. He loved it and he knew that he had done the right thing by deciding to study to become a doctor and if he was honest he couldn’t wait to get stuck in even more as the years went on. His parents had always supported him and he knew that they would have been proud of him for following his dream. That day he had the day off so he decided to venture into Mystic Falls so that he could visit them. He had picked up some flowers on the way and he knew the way well enough by now to be able to pick his way through the different graves with ease. Finding their headstones, Evan stayed and talked to them for a while before knowing that he needed to get back. Not only was he trying to get through med school at the moment, he was also trying to figure out why he had snippets of missing time and why he sometimes woke up in strange places. It didn’t make any sense to him and at the moment there wasn’t really anyone he could talk to about it since he didn’t want to trouble his sister with it but it was really starting to weigh down on him and he knew that he needed to get to the bottom of it. He was on his way out of the cemetery when he heard another voice and as he looked up he spotted a familiar face. It was Joe, one of the paramedics. Normally Evan wouldn’t make his way over because he knew that he wouldn’t want to be disturbed while he was paying his respects but he couldn’t ignore the guy’s words. “You can’t save everyone, you know,” he said gently as he approached. “That’s one of the first things they taught us in med school, all you can do is try your best for each patient. I’m sure you didn’t fail them.”JOE GREEN

Joe didn't know there was someone else here. Of course he knew he wasn't able to save everyone, but he was losing a lot of patients. He had more losses than saved people, so it was getting him down little. But the patient was a kid, who was a victim of animal attack, that's what was reported but something in Joe gut there was something more sinister. The wind blew in his direction until he heard someone talking to him, a familiar voice
hello. Yeah I know we can save everyone. But it still sucks. He was only a child. A wild animal attacked him, he shouldn't be dead. He should be able to play, find love etc. It Just so unfair at times of course Joe had no family here. He didn't have many friends either so it was hard for him to talk about stuff. What brings you here? Visiting a family or friend? he asked as he placed his hands in his pockets I just hope tonight's shift is better, that's all I can hope for right? he said and smiled as he continued to smile as he felt a little better from talking to the male by his side.
The name is Joe he introduced himself and extended his hand out to him for him to shake

It felt like it had been too long since Evan had gone to the cemetery to visit his parents, so much had happened and he wasn’t really sure what they would have made of being brought to Mystic Falls. He hadn’t grown up there but with him and Milena attending Whitmore and building lives for themselves it had made sense to keep their parents close. Evan knew that he needed to visit more often, his parents were gone but he liked to think that they were still with him in other ways. Every day he did his best to make them proud and he knew that he would keep on trying to do so. He had almost lost himself after returning home to find that his parents had been killed and believing that his sister had been as well but he had thrown himself into his studies that much more to make sure that he could help others even though he hadn’t been able to help his family. There was a part of Evan that would probably always blame himself for what had happened to them and feel like he should have been able to do something to stop it but he couldn’t go back and change it now so all he could do was keep trying to move forward. He had known there was a chance that he might not be the only one there paying his respects to someone but he hadn’t expected to find a somewhat familiar face from around the hospital. He didn’t really know the guy but he recognised him as one of the paramedics and it definitely made sense why he was beating himself up over losing a patient. “It’s never fair when someone loses their life no matter how old they are but it’s even worse when it’s a child,” Evan nodded. “I guess the only solace you can take from it is that at least he isn’t in pain any longer,” he added. Evan knew what it was like to lose a patient and he knew what it was like to feel the weight of the world on his shoulders when he did. It wasn’t something that he would wish on anyone so he couldn’t help but want to try and make things a little better for the guy. “I’m visiting my parents. I lost them a while ago, they’re buried just over there,” he said as he indicated in the general direction of his parents’ graves. “That’s right, all you can do is keep moving forward and focus on the next patient.” It was all any of them could do really, they couldn’t afford to dwell on the things they couldn’t change if they were going to continue doing right by the patients that came next. “I’m Evan, it’s nice to meet you,” he said as he reached out and shook Joe’s outstretched hand. Joe shook the male hand who was called Evan. It was a nice name and once the shaking was done he put his hand back in his pocket. I don't have family near here, but I send my condolences to you he said to him as he wanted to show his friendly side as possible. Joe didn't like death even though it can't be avoided, it was the natural order of things. He watched the expression on things, as Joe was beginning to get used to the hellhound spirit inside of him though, Cwn haven't introduced himself proper to him yet as the spirit was fighting against to gain to do control
I do hope I can get a decent night's sleep. I got a day off tomorrow so I can rest up. I haven't been sleeping well. Just stupid dreams, I wished they would stop now he laughed as he watched him again just to see what he thought about this comment, he didn't want to come off like a weirdo or anything. Joe was speaking the truth, the dreams were wicked and he didn't understand them or be able to speak out about them. He didn't want to burden the guy in front of him with his problems though so he would keep quit for now
