friends. Although she began to hide who she truly was after her husband was killed, Olivia is and always has been the friendly sort. She tends to trust first and find herself paying for that later.
enemies. When she was younger Olivia's only enemies were those who filled the skies above London, bombing the city. This changed the moment her married life was shattered. Now Olivia tends to try and avoid those who kill without reason - especially hunters.
family. Olivia has dozens of great nieces and nephews, although she's never met any of them. When her brothers and sisters started to die off she hid who she truly was to avoid having to answer questions that could possibly put her family in danger. These days she keeps in touch by email, pretending to be the granddaughter of Olivia Ashby.
lovers. There have been very few of these. Olivia married when she was only 24 and spent 30 years with her husband before he was killed. In the decades since she's had brief relationships with people but there has never been anybody like her husband for her and she doubts that she'll ever find anybody like that again.

I've been meaning to do this for a while but I'm going to throw Matt at you since Olivia is one of the only kitsune on the site that I don't play  At the moment he still has no idea what he is so I was thinking that perhaps she could fill in some of the blanks for him and help him learn to try and control his powers?

LOL That's true. It's nice to play someone different for a change.  Olivia would be glad to help someone the way that her husband helped her. She's the sort who always wants to give back in some way and while she won't know a thing about the Dread Doctors, she'll at least be able to explain the sword and the rest of the abilities Matt hasn't come across yet. She could maybe come across him with the sword somewhere or recognise it if he's carrying it with him, or vice versa. Or one of them could come across the other demonstrating some of these powers.

That works for me. Olivia's going to have spent a lot of time out in those woods making sure she's not going to grow rusty with her powers. Just the sight of the sword will likely be enough to have her realising what he is. Did you want to start this one?

No problem.  I need to get Olivia busy too, so I can get Ares made. Olivia could do with someone in her life that she knew from the old days. Since she lost George she's really felt like she's lost all contact with her past. The community that Olivia lived in with her husband was almost entirely made up of the supernatural, maybe at some point Nick and his family could've passed through there, and/or they could've known George since before he married Olivia.

I figured as much Maybe we could do a mixture of both? Nick and probably Luke as well could have perhaps befriended George during their travels and they could have even been present at the wedding if you would like her to have that kind of a connection to someone. Living in the same area for a while definitely works too.

I won't complain about that. Olivia would love some female friends in town. She grew up with 11 siblings and misses having that sort of company around. I can see her having made her way to the bookstore a time or two to try and find out more about herself too. We could do some sort of thread set in the bar on a little girl's night or work up something somewhere else.
