Claire would definitely be the kind of person that Brady would want on his side! He doesn't want to be a monster either, he triggered his curse trying to escape from someone who'd held him hostage for five years and was about to kill him and he had to kill again when his Alpha turned on the pack and killed half of them before turning on Brady. He tipped his siblings off to try and stop them from triggering their curses the same way he did and he is very protective of them so I could actually see him taking Claire under his wing if that would work for you. Half of his pack were taken and turned into chimeras so she should fit right in!

Ooh, I like the idea of Brady witnessing her having a vision of someone about to get run over. Perhaps she could shout out to the person or he could be there trying to help Claire and she could tell him what she saw which would lead to him getting the person to safety just in time and she could realise that he isn't human?

So I saw Brady works in the garage and figured these two should know each other since Sawyer works there too xP How long have you said Brady is working there? Maybe the two have a disliking for one another? Brady could think Sawyer is just a trouble-making teen (because that's how he's generally perceived) Sawyer could know how Brady feels towards him and so just returns the disliking. I've always gone with the owner of the garage being an old man, he could know they dislike each other and so he generally works alongside them individually and doesn't schedule them on together. But for our thread the owner could be sick and they both end up working together, like they show up, see each other and are like "What are you doing here?" xP Maybe the two could start arguing about something, it could get heated and they accidentally show some werewolf traits, claw/eyes or whatever? If you'd rather keep out the supernatural side, or don't like the idea just let me know  |

Brady hasn't been in town for too long but they could have definitely rubbed each other up the wrong way. Brady made a lot of mistakes before he triggered his curse - he couldn't focus on anything that mattered other than keeping his family safe after getting his heart broken in high school, he drank too much, partied too hard and ended up being held hostage for five years when he and some friends went travelling. Brady was the only survivor and he only managed to get away by triggering his curse so he has been dealing with the fallout ever since. His previous Alpha managed to wipe out half the pack before Brady killed him and now half his pack, including his younger sister, has gone missing and is somewhere in Mystic Falls so it probably wouldn't take a lot to make him snap at the moment although I don't think he would mind so much about Sawyer getting into trouble because he wasn't much better himself. To be honest I like the idea of them learning what the other is, I think it would make things interesting for both of them as at the moment Brady hasn't come across any other werewolves in Mystic Falls.

Since Brady's not been in town long and I used to just say it was just Sawyer and the owner that worked in the garage, maybe when Brady got hired Sawyer felt a bit threatened, he could've been kind of an ass to Brady and that's how the disliking formed? Sawyer's only encountered two wolves, his own grandfather and Riley, so meeting another for him could be good. Do you want me to start this? |

BRADY KINSELLA and "Ian" @alastairSo considering "Ian" is a mechanic and "Ian" needs a job (more like Alastair needs to make himself look inconspicuous using Ian's knowledge and persona) I was thinking that maybe "Ian" could apply to have a cov... work at the Mystic Garage. Naturally depending on how things play out in the future the employment would more than likely be short term depending on when his identity is revealed but I at least thought that it would be an interesting place to start plotwise. The idea sort of came to me ironically when I was thinking of a starter for Azazel and I remembered that there was another mechanic on the occupation list.

That works for me! Sawyer works there too but otherwise Laura and I have established that it is just the two of them and the owner working there. Brady and Sawyer really don't get along so I think that Brady would be relieved to have someone else around. Maybe he and Brady end up working the same shift on Alastair's first day and Brady can show him where everything is?

BRADY KINSELLA These two haven't met yet but I had the thought that maybe she'd fit in with his pack as a future member, since I noticed a lot of chimeras on the pack claims. I don't know if she really needs to join a pack, but it might help her figure out more about what happened to her, and meet other people who have gone through the same thing. She knows Beta Julian LeRoux as a hospital colleague if that helps, since I'm not really sure how joining a pack works, but I guess she'd have to know another person to get in? She left town and was gone for two-ish ic years when the hit list threat rolled into Mystic Falls since she's a vampire-kanima, and didn't want to get killed.. so Julian may have noticed her absence around the hospital. She was also dating a hunter-turned werewolf before having to leave town. however last I remember ROBERT WEBBER was reluctant to talk to other wolves, but that's her story when it comes to the Dread Doctors.
